Apparently Matt Cain is no chef. He cut his index finger making a sandwich and insisted that he would be able to pitch in his scheduled start Monday. The Giants even announced him as the starting pitcher as late as this morning! But by the end of the day Matt Cain is going on the disabled list because he can't even make a himself a sandwich!
